Search by File Number
You may search by a person's complete DPI-assigned Educator File Identification Number. File Identification Number is printed on the upper left of an educator's paper license certificate.
Caution: If you do not use File Number, then DPI cannot guarantee that the result pertains to the specific person of interest.
